Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BUYING OUR PRODUCTS

  • Our products are Quality products; most with Warranty provided, Software copyrighted & Infringement protected.
  • Product range varieties from digital gadgets to household items. (More to come soon)
How to order ?
  • For customers, please make your Order at least 3 days in advance to check product availability. If available; we will deliver or allow collection on the same week you ordered provided all payment terms fulfilled. For larger quantity orders; please let us know the earlier the better.
  • We also allow discounts for bulk quantity orders.
  • For further inquiry, Please contact Hafiz Ahmed 019 5942877
  • Clients are required to pay 60% of total purchases upon confirmation of order.
  • Balance of payment has to be paid before delivery or upon product collection.
  • All items pre-order upon confirmation of payment will take few days to be ready. We will try to deliver on the same week subject to stock availability.
  • Goods sold are not returnable however we provide Warranty for goods sold for 12 months. Please contact us for further details on goods sold warranty.
  • We will only send out the item after the payment has credited into our bank account or when the cheque has been cleared.
  • At the moment, we only accept bank in / fund transfer to our Maybank as a method of payment. We DO NOT accept Credit Card & Cheque.
  • We will ensure that the goods purchased and delivered are in good condition prior to delivery to user.
  • Any payment must bank in to:

  • Clients are requested to call/sms details:
  1. Your name & Your order number

Cancellation?
  • 50% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations.
  • No refund will be given if canceled within 5 days before pick up or delivery date
